Cocoa Works Pavilion
We’re seeking expression of interests from parties to occupy the Cocoa Works Pavilion.
The Pavilion will be a flexible space that will include a kitchen area, WC/sanitary space and associated Landscaping. The design includes full height floor to ceiling windows and extending roof canopy to create a light and inviting space.
Latimer by Clarion Housing Group will provide the shell and core development and will fit out with floor finishes , WC/sanitary ware and internal walls / M&E to enable kitchen installation. We’re keen for the eventual occupier to put their stamp on the space, with their own fit out and branding. The ultimate end use will be steered by you.
