28/3/23 – Following the surveys carried out 27th & 28th March the contractor has left an area fenced off to allow the concrete to set. They will be returning later this week to remove the fencing.
The consultation window for this project has now closed. The comments are currently being reviewed and further updates will be provided when available.
We are looking at options for four Garage Sites in your area, Tyler Close, Blatchford Close, Morris Close & Addison Close. As part of our contribution to the national housing crisis, we have been exploring opportunities available to us on land that is owned by Clarion and would involve building on underused garage sites. All the new homes provided would be for affordable rent.
Existing GaragesWe currently have a proposal to deliver 13 new homes across four garages courts (subject to planning) and want to hear your feedback before submitting a formal planning application.
