Clarion Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association that owns and manages over 10,000 homes across the Merton area.
We are pleased to be bringing forward proposals for the redevelopment of the Majestic Way site, as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable housing and supporting thriving local communities.
This project aims to deliver:
New affordable homes for local people
Improved and more diverse commercial spaces
A revitalised, community-focused high street
Planning Application Update
The planning application for the redevelopment remains under consideration by the London Borough of Merton.
As part of the Council’s standard determination process:
Officers are reviewing the submitted plans and supporting information
Consultation is ongoing with relevant stakeholders
Subject to the outcome of this process, we will provide further updates on anticipated project timescales.
