Clarion Housing Group are a not for profit housing association who own and manage over 10,000 properties in the Merton area.
We are excited to be redeveloping the Majestic Way site in Merton as part of our ongoing commitment to the redevelopment and provision of affordable housing for the local area. Clarion are focusing on community-driven redevelopment of the much-loved high street to provide improved and diversified commercial spaces with the much-needed new affordable housing.
We will be regularly updating this page with news and information as we progress through this project, so please keep checking back in to find out more about what is happening.
Public consultation events for Majestic Way
Thank you to those of you who came to our public consultation meetings in September, it was great to see so many of you there and get your feedback on our plans so far. If you weren’t able to join us you can view the boards on this site.
At the meetings, we mentioned that we were hoping to hold our next consultations in November 2024. So that we can give you as much information as possible, we will now be holding these in early 2025. We will update this site when we have a date confirmed, but if you would also like to be informed of this via email then please contact us on majesticway@clarionhg.com or sign up to our mailing list on this page.
