Clarion Housing Group are a not for profit housing association who own and manage over 10,000 properties in the Merton area.

We are excited to be redeveloping the Majestic Way site in Merton as part of our ongoing commitment to the redevelopment and provision of affordable housing for the local area. Clarion are focusing on community-driven redevelopment of the much-loved high street to provide improved and diversified commercial spaces with the much-needed new affordable housing.

Our planning application is now live on the London Borough of Merton Planning Portal under reference 25/P2282.
