Our Vision for High Street, Digbeth:

Latimer are delighted to announce we will be developing a circa 480 unit part 33, part 9 floor apartment scheme along High Street, Digbeth. This includes over 50% affordable housing provision, comprising of a mixture of Social Rent, Shared Ownership units and Open Market Sale Units.

Our site is located in Birmingham, within the Digbeth area to the southeast of the city centre. The site fronts the B4100 (High Street) which is an easy 10 minute walk into to the city centre to the west and provides great public transport links. The regeneration of this former brownfield land will provide much needed mixed-tenure homes to Digbeth.

The development will also include cycle storage, internal and external amenity space and associated infrastructure - see the pre-application document for more details. Our proposals will result in over 40 new trees being planted on site.

Latimer are passionate about placemaking and we are excited to bring forward a much needed development and create a community in which people want to live.

Please note, our Public Consultation period will end on the 31st August 2023.
